Yelena Kofman-Delgado, Esq.

Yelena primarily operates from the Woodbridge location, bringing her experience and dedication to each case she handles.

Before establishing ASK Law Firm, Yelena’s legal journey began at a small-sized firm, where she not only became a partner but also laid her professional roots as a law clerk before embarking on her law school journey. This firm was her professional home throughout her legal career, up until the inception of ASK Law Firm.

Originally from Moldova, Yelena moved to the United States in 1992. She is a 2004 graduate of Marlboro High School and went on to pursue higher education at Monmouth University. There, she completed her B.A. in Political Science in less than three years, achieving Phi Eta Sigma honors in her first year and graduating Magna Cum Laude. Yelena is also a distinguished member of the Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society.

Her academic career continued at Rutgers School of Law-Camden, where she was honored with the Pro Bono Publico Award for her dedicated service to the Camden community, and where she earned her Juris Doctor.

Yelena’s professional affiliations include membership in the American Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is licensed to practice in state and federal courts of New Jersey.

Beyond her legal expertise, Yelena is fluent in Russian, enabling her to serve a broader spectrum of clients with her unique linguistic and cultural competencies.
